With outside living and proximity to the water forged into its very soul, the wallytender48 is the perfect expression of Wally’s values. It represents a subtle evolution of the original 45-footer, with a lavish expanse of flush decking inviting guests to indulge themselves on one of the comfy sunpads or seats that run from the forward lounge back to the deep cockpit.
Versatile backrests allow you to switch the focus from the dining table and galley unit to the sunpad, while Wally’s much-imitated aft wings fold down to maximise the entertaining space. Like all the wallytenders, this boat is configured and equipped to permit overnighters. There’s a superlative double suite below in a cabin that skilfully combines the warm tones of teak with carbon detailing, leather and fine upholstery work.
Driving pleasure is second to none. Joystick controls and a wraparound fender system make light of manoeuvring. Twin Volvo Penta IPS 650 drives deliver top speeds of 38 knots and a cruising range of 310nm, all in perfect comfort with minimal slamming, thanks to the vertical bow and automated interceptors.
